LMC is Chromtech’s flagship mining operation and a leading producer of chrome and PGMs. Since 2008, it has grown from a greenfield site into a fully integrated opencast and underground operation with a modern beneficiation plant. Through the Thaba Joint Venture with Sylvania Metals, LMC recovers value from multiple ore streams, producing premium chrome concentrate and around 13,000 oz of PGMs annually.
