Chromtech Holdings, through its social investment arm Titali NPC, has partnered with the Columba Leadership Trust to deliver a focused leadership development programme across three high schools in Limpopo and the North West. The initiative identifies learners and educators with leadership potential and places them in immersive, values-based training designed to build confidence, accountability, and purpose. It reflects a shift from infrastructure-led support to people-led development, focusing on empowering young individuals to positively influence their schools and communities.
Values-Based Leadership Development
At the heart of the programme is the belief that leadership begins with self-awareness. Through residential academies and ongoing school engagement, learners are introduced to six core values: awareness, focus, creativity, integrity, perseverance, and service. Using experiential learning, participants are encouraged to step beyond the classroom environment, develop self-awareness, and build the confidence to express ideas, take initiative, and lead within their own contexts.

The programme is already demonstrating meaningful results across participating schools. Learners are showing increased confidence, stronger engagement, and a greater willingness to participate in leadership roles. Many are also developing improved discipline, focus, and a clearer sense of direction in both academic and personal areas of their lives.
