QUALIFYING CRITERIA

• ·       Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science

• ·       Plant / Processing Plant experience will be an added advantage
• ·       Medically Fit

• ·         Ability to work shifts, overtime and standby duty as and when required due to operational               circumstances
• ·         Ability to understand, comply with and adhere to all Safety Procedures as prescribed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• ·         Delegation skills – ability to divest tasks to suitably qualified staff as required
• ·         Planning skills – ability to interpret and analyze the sections key indicators
• ·         Prioritizing skills – ability to identify critical areas or priorities and to schedule work accordingly
• ·         Coordination skills – ability to organize resources (people and other) in order to implement the plans and meet the objectives
• ·         Supervisory skills – ability to oversee personnel to accomplish Company targets
• ·         Interpersonal Understanding – ability to build effective relationships with others
• ·         Self-management – ability to manage one’s self-development and behavior
